ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING, RN GREAT BENEFITS: MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, 401K, DAILY PAY, LIFE INSURANCE, PAID TIME OFF Salary Range Based on Experience Long term Care/Skilled nursing facility in Jonesboro is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to help provide leadership and guidance to our compassionate team of caregivers. Successful applicants are looking for a unique, challenging, and rewarding opportunity to make a difference. Organization, time management, and the ability to triage situations as they arise are just some of the skills desired.Duties include but not limited to:
- Supervising all nursing staff
- Reporting to higher management in the healthcare facilities
- Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
- Managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
- Communicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient health
- Recruiting, training and onboarding new nursing staff
- Providing ongoing education classes
- Implementing new procedures and training Nurses on policies
- Scheduling/Call
