Key Responsibilities:

  • Program PCBs by loading specific firmware and software configurations.
  • Inspect components and final assemblies for visual or structural defects.
  • Test electronic circuits and controller units using multi-meters and functional test fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
  • Document test results and report any recurring production issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training in electronics, electrical systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience assembling electronic components, circuit boards, or electronic controller units preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and experience using hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions.
  • Familiarity with PCBs, firmware loading, software configurations, and electronic testing.
  • Experience using a multimeter and other basic electronic testing equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual, structural, and functional defects.
  • Ability to accurately document test results and communicate production issues to supervisors.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform detailed assembly work.
  • Ability to follow written procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards consistently.
