What You'll Do A civil engineer, in the 3-6 year career range, with experience in water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure design who is looking to take the next step in their career. What You'll Work On: As a member of our water/wastewater business sector team, you'll contribute to projects from planning and design through construction. Project types include: * Water distribution systems * Wastewater collection systems * Water and Wastewater pump stations * Water and Wastewater treatment * Water storage facilities * Utility master planning studies You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while working on projects that have a visible and lasting impact on local communities. Responsibilities: * Planning and design of water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, and wastewater collection systems. * Supporting projects from concept through construction. * Analyze engineering data, interpret plans and specifications, and make sound decisions. * Working closely with senior engineers and project managers who actively mentor and invest in your growth. * Working with our other discipline engineers on coordinating structural, electrical, and survey. * Collaborate with agencies, clients, and stakeholders. * Organize and conduct meetings with consulting partners, contractors, clients, and agencies. * Using modern design tools such as AutoCAD Civil3D, WaterCAD, Aquatwin Sewer and MS Office. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Water Resources Engineering. * Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. * At least 3 years of professional experience focused on water/wastewater or municipal infrastructure projects. * Experience with planning, design, and construction support for utility projects.
