Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist credential
• Experience working with K-12 populations in diverse educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention and prevention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and 504 eligibility processes
• Offer counseling, consultation, and crisis response support for students
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations to parents, staff, and administrators
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
