Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid OT license in the state
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable managing a caseload and adhering to state and federal documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver direct therapy to assigned students
• Collaborate with educators and families to create and update individualized treatment plans
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student progress
• Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom modifications and strategies to enhance student participation
