Job Duties

* Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment

* Perform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locations

* Perform site surveys and move out inspections as well as repairs needed.

* Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customer and internal management.

* Turn in all reports/invoicing/service tickets in a timely manner.

* Nights/weekend on call rotation currently about one a month.

* Even mix of new/billable service as well as PM turnover and repairs.

The perfect candidate would have a minimum of five years' experience in providing quality commercial and industrial service and maintenance to a wide range of facility equipment.  We are also interested in high quality residential technicians who are interested in making the leap from residential to commercial service.
