Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance.

• 1 month gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Med/surg experience preferred. EKG reads, leadership experience.

Unit/Facility Details: Type of Patients on Unit: short stay, most are ambulatory, actively going to tests (results pending for inpatient status change), IV antibiotics, some pre-surgical, chest pain rule out etc.

Special Requests: No Travel Pairs.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Shift Hours: 4 weekend shifts every 6 weeks

Floating Requirements: To Med/surg “like unit”

5 days maximum time off

2 references required

Driver’s license required for submission
