Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Technician. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. Our Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour and is based on your work experience and skills.

The Project Technician supports property maintenance and improvement through skilled construction, landscaping, and irrigation tasks. This role involves hands-on work to ensure buildings and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The technician manages repairs, plant care, and irrigation systems while adhering to safety standards in various environments.

Responsibilities

Perform building repairs and property updates
Maintain landscaping and outdoor grounds
Care for plants and irrigation systems
Install, inspect, and repair sprinkler and watering systems
Operate hand and power tools safely
Ensure compliance with safety protocols
Handle equipment and perform physical labor tasks
Work in varied weather and terrain conditions

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years experience in general construction
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of general construction, landscaping, and irrigation systems
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and physical stamina
Safety awareness in diverse working environments
