Operations Manager

Own the operational performance of your assigned territory Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High level of ownership, accountability, and organization Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software Core Competencies Demonstrates strong operational performance management and customer relationship building skills, with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving to drive territory growth and improve service delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
