Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.73 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking locations, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, verifying credentials and directing individuals to appropriate locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken. Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, communicating relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
