Job Description

The Print Press Operator will primarily work on digital, flexographic, and letterpress machines, focusing on efficient and precise production during the second shift. This role requires expertise in ink mixing, machine operation, quality control, and material handling, particularly with paper materials. The operator will ensure high-quality print outputs without responsibility for routine machine maintenance.

Shift: 2nd

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: $23 to $26 per hour (based on relevant Print Press Operation experience)

Type: Direct-Hire / Full-Time Employment

 

Responsibilities

• Mix inks accurately for print jobs
• Operate digital, flexographic, and letterpress machines
• Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
• Handle paper materials efficiently throughout the printing process
• Follow safety and operational procedures during the second shift

 

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in print press operation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with paper materials
