- Be the First Smile Our Guests See – Join Our Team as a Host/Hostess!
Great dining experiences begin long before the first bite. We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Host/Hostess who loves hospitality and takes pride in making every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
As the first and last impression of our restaurant, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences while helping keep service running smoothly. If you're organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities- Warmly greet guests as they arrive and manage waitlists when necessary
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage seating arrangements while maintaining proper table rotation
- Answer guest questions about the restaurant and menu offerings
- Take reservations and manage incoming phone calls
- Assist guests with any concerns and help ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate concerns to management when needed
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional host stand
- Support restaurant operations and assist team members as needed
- Deliver outstanding hospitality with every guest interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced setting
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality, creative food, and exceptional service
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong team culture
- Strong attention to detail
