About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving a $100M run rate in less than 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men's health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We are seeking a Creative Strategist to develop performance-driven creative that supports customer acquisition and business growth. You will partner with our Creative, Growth, and Paid Media teams to translate performance data, customer insights, and market trends into compelling concepts, briefs, and testing plans. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly creative thinker who enjoys moving quickly, testing new ideas, and using results to continuously improve the work. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mars Men
