As an experienced or new-to-wound-care Nurse Practitioner, you'll manage your patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction. At Skilled Wound Care, you are a valued member of a close-knit team, making a real difference in the lives of patients with chronic wounds. We're a leading national wound care physician group seeking motivated and driven Nurse Practitioners of all backgrounds to join our team.

Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing - including debridement and advanced dressings. You'll work within a collaborative, physician-led team model that supports your clinical growth and patient outcomes every step of the way.

Skilled Wound Care provides thorough training and ongoing education for all clinicians: 36 hours of company-provided CME Conferences Workshops Online courses

Full-time Nurse Practitioners can expect a competitive compensation package aligned with national wound care NP averages: Starting base pay of $120,000 - $145,000 annually Earn up to $171,000+ with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap. Per-patient visit pay Per-procedure pay Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% additional income Reimbursement for the application of biological skin substitutes

This is a mobile, facility-based role - you will travel between multiple patient locations daily. Must be very comfortable with extensive daily driving, have a reliable personal vehicle, and hold a valid driver's license.

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice National board certification required (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty) Wound care experience preferred but not required - comprehensive training provided DEA registration or willingness to obtain Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and be fully comfortable with significant daily driving between nursing facilities.

Wound care is a dynamic and ever-advancing field. New biological therapies - such as amniotic tissue application - are being rapidly adopted.
