Role Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet CarMax’s standards for safety and performance Collaborate with a skilled team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Gain hands‑on experience with domestic and foreign vehicles, expanding your mechanical expertise Deliver exceptional service by ensuring every customer drives away with confidence Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
