Assistant Manager - Full Time
Joey B's Food & Drink | Concord, NC
As an Assistant Manager at Joey B's Food & Drink, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our fast-paced full-service restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager in a dynamic environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are top priorities. Join our hospitality team and help us create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
Key Responsibilities
Management of Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
Revenue Oversight: Monitor daily revenue and manage cost of goods to achieve financial targets.
Requirements
Experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or food service environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment.
Flexibility in availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
Full-time availability required, including evenings and weekends.
