Legion Security is seeking experienced, professional, and dependable security professionals to join our team as  Patrol Officer / Operations Support Specialists . This is a unique dual-role position that combines traditional vehicle patrol responsibilities with operational support functions throughout the region.

This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to grow within the security industry and take on additional leadership and operational responsibilities beyond standard patrol duties.

Position Overview

As a Patrol Officer / Operations Support Specialist, you will conduct mobile patrols across multiple client properties while also assisting management with daily operations, staffing support, site coverage, training, and client service initiatives. Successful candidates must be adaptable, professional, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle patrols at multiple client locations throughout the assigned region.

• Respond to service calls, alarms, disturbances, and client requests.

• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.

• Assist with coverage at static security posts when operational needs require.

• Support field personnel by providing guidance, coaching, and operational assistance.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with post orders and company standards.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and members of the public.

• Represent the company professionally and help promote a positive organizational culture.

• Assist management with special projects and operational assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Washington State Security Guard License (Required)

• Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record (Required)

• Minimum 2 years of security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Reliable transportation.

• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency coverage assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vehicle patrol experience.

• Supervisory or leadership experience.

• Experience working in residential, retail, commercial, or mixed-use environments.

• CPR/First Aid Certification.
