Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday Thursday, 5:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:30 PM 4:30 AM (3rd shift candidates will train on 1st shift for 23 weeks)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate CNC-controlled Brake Presses with precision and care
• Read blueprints and follow part specifications
• Set up tooling, adjust machine settings, and run production or prototype parts
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Keep your workspace clean and organized for safe, efficient work
• Contribute to a team committed to quality and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• For 3rd Shift: 35 years of Brake Press experience is required
• For 1st Shift: We're open to training the right personmechanical aptitude or related experience is a big plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 80 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow
