We're seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join a well-established printing and packaging operation. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining efficient press operations, and ensuring every job meets customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications
• Perform make-ready procedures and prepare jobs for production
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs
• Make adjustments to maintain color accuracy, registration, and overall quality
• Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues to minimize downtime
• Complete job changeovers and routine machine adjustments
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
• Work closely with supervisors and quality personnel during production startup and approval processes
• Support and assist press team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of flexographic press operating experience preferred
• Ability to read job orders and production specifications
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with color consistency and print quality
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately read measurements
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic computer systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the organization
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working in a production environment with machinery and noise
• Strong visual acuity and ability to distinguish colors accurately
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment
