All Points North (APN) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Edwards, Colorado. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in both residential and partial hospitalization program (PHP) settings for individuals with behavioral health and substance use conditions. You'll be instrumental in delivering comprehensive nursing care, managing complex medication protocols, and supporting clients through innovative therapeutic interventions including Deep TMS, Ketamine Therapy, Neurofeedback, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise in mental health or substance use treatment, strong clinical judgment, and a genuine commitment to trauma-informed care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' recovery journeys while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of providers, therapists, and specialists.

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical changes with keen attention to detail
• Administer medications accurately, monitor for side effects, and provide patient education on prescribed treatments and therapeutic goals
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect client needs, preferences, and clinical objectives
• Coordinate and prepare clients for Plus Services (Ketamine, DTM, Neurofeedback, HBOT, etc.), and provide pre- and post-session monitoring and support
• Monitor clients before and after advanced therapeutic sessions for clinical stability, side effects, and required follow-up interventions
• Act as a liaison between medical, therapeutic, and Plus Services teams to ensure continuity, safety, and optimal integration into overall care
• Perform and assist with clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and specimen collection
• Educate clients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance techniques in clear, accessible language
• Engage in trauma-informed interventions and maintain a respectful, client-centered approach to all interactions
• Participate in nursing rounds and interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care
• Respond promptly to clinical issues and emergencies using approved crisis intervention protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR notes, MARs, assessments, outcomes) in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
• Ensure medical supplies are properly stocked and the clinical environment remains clean, safe, and therapeutic
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, case managers, and Plus Services staff to support holistic care delivery
• Advocate for clients' rights, preferences, and dignity throughout their treatment experience
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts within the nursing and medical departments
• Pursue continuing education and maintain clinical competency in behavioral health and integrative therapies

• Current RN licensure with an ADN or BSN in Nursing from an accredited university
• Minimum 2+ years of professional nursing experience in mental health, substance use treatment, detox, or medical-surgical nursing
• Training or demonstrated competency in trauma-informed care, psychiatric nursing, or dual diagnosis treatment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently and prioritize competing patient needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate and support diverse populations
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to recognize when an issue requires escalation or emergency intervention
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Appropriate interpersonal and professional boundaries with clients and colleagues
• High moral and ethical values with a commitment to confidentiality and professional standards

• Familiarity with integrated care models and Plus Services (Ketamine Therapy, Deep TMS, Neurofeedback, HBOT)
• Experience in a residential or partial hospitalization treatment setting
• Advanced certification in psychiatric nursing or addiction nursing
• Experience supporting or mentoring newer clinical team members
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
• Experience with web-based clinical platforms and telehealth tools
