Chicago Baking Company has as an outstanding opportunity for a District Sales Manager for our Milwaukee, WI area.Essential FunctionsDeveloping and growing customer relationships within a big box selling environment.Providing leadership to a team to achieve sales volume targets.Recruiting, training, and developing a team of merchandisers to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as sales targets.Providing feedback to management to ensure effective results.Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies.Observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to managementPromoting practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner.#lbsalesQualificationsSuccessful candidates must have at least three years of sales and management experience in a consumer-packaged goods or direct store delivery environment.
