Shift Full time, Variable, 40 working hours weekly Required Qualifications PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or, Bachelor\'s Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy Washington Pharmacist License upon hire When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable Preferred Qualifications Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency #J-18808-Ljbffr Kadlec
