GPAC is seeking a Plant Manager for one of its client companies in the pork industry. The company has been in business for almost 20 years and is experiencing major growth. This location is their third facility and will have around 300 employees. Ideal Candidate Experience with smoked meats, preferably ham or bacon 10+ years leadership experience within the food manufacturing industry Ability to oversee all areas of operations including production, maintenance, and quality Strong understanding of lean, 5S, and continuous improvement Hands-on leadership style Plant start-up experience within a growth environment is preferred Compensation Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
