Quality Inspector

Pay: $19–$21/hr
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift | Full-Time

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to help ensure our products meet customer and company quality standards. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy hands-on inspection and problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to grow your career!

What You’ll Do

• Perform product inspections, audits, and testing throughout the shift.
• Inspect dimensions using calipers, height gauges, and other measuring tools .
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Complete inspection and lot-traceability documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues and non-conforming products.
• Assist with rework and verify completed corrective actions.
• Support training on quality procedures and requirements.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Machining or plastic injection molding experience preferred.
• Experience with measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic/intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.

$19–$21/hr | 1st & 2nd Shift | Full-Time | Manufacturing Experience Preferred
