Crew Scheduler duties include ensuring every flight operates on time with a legal and qualified crew, crewmember schedules remain legal per FARs and Union contracts, notifying crewmembers of changes to their schedules and supporting Crewmember needs.Republic's Crew Scheduling team works on-site at our state-of-the-art System Operations Control (SOC) located at our Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.
