Now Hiring! Packout Production Associate. Payrate $17.00/ HR
Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm

Primary Responsibilities:
This role plays a key part in the operations of the packout and production process. You are responsible for assembling cartons, operating packout equipment, and ensuring finished goods are packaged accurately and ready for shipment. In addition, you will support production operators by assisting with quality checks, coiling changeovers, and maintaining smooth, continuous line operations.

General Responsibilities:
Retrieve carton blanks, form and fold cartons, secure ends, apply labels, and load cartons into the packout machine.
Maintain a strong visual focus on quality while monitoring equipment performance.
Identify, analyze, and small troubleshoot of machine issues to resolve malfunctions, minimize downtime, and correct product defects.
Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and in proper working condition at all times.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper lock-out procedures during maintenance or adjustments. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure all safety devices are functioning correctly.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
Actively contribute to team communication and uphold a positive, collaborative company culture

Experience and Qualifications
Manufacturing and machinery-based environment preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be open to overtime
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to stand, bend, hand movements, for 8-10 hours per shift.
