Pega Developer

Hands-on and experienced, the hybrid Pega Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality Pega applications, leveraging expertise in the Pega Smart Claims Engine framework and healthcare industry standards. Key responsibilities Develop, configure, unit test, and optimize Pega applications and components following best practices and performance optimization techniques Implement Pega class structures, workflow/process flows, UI models, and integrations to deliver scalable healthcare solutions Participate in Agile/SAFe environments, engaging in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and collaboration with distributed teams Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Pega Platform (PRPC) development experience, including application design and deployment Strong experience with Pega Automated Testing and software quality assurance best practices Expertise in Facets modules such as Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider Experience with healthcare claims processing and EDI transactions, including EDI 835 and EDI 837 Proven experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
