Duke Chevrolet GMC in Suffolk, VA . has an opening for an experienced auto detail tech that is capable of all aspects of detailing vehicles. And, our detail shop is fully air-conditioned with all the equipment you need!  From readying a new vehicle for delivery to the new owner, to fully reconditioning trade vehicles, including buffing and waxing! We require a positive can-do attitude, be able to work in a rewarding team environment and have great skills with detailing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• New Vehicles - clean for inventory or sold delivery.
• Trade vehicles - recondition for inventory.
• Wash/Detail Exterior and Interior of new and pre-owned, and service vehicles
• Cleaning carpet and upholstery shampoo, vacuum, cleaning and treating leather upholstery, dashboards, etc.
• Engine cleaning
• Buffing Experience a Plus
• Communicate vehicle/scheduling/maintenance issues with Management

Requirements:

• Experience as an Auto Detail tech.
• Attention to details
• Ability to work outdoors and be physically active for extended periods of time
• Ability to drive manual transmission
• Valid driver's license
• Must pay strong attention to detail
