Intake Therapist: Assess & Onboard for Outpatient Treatment

Cedar Hills Hospital in Portland, Oregon is seeking an Intake Therapist to perform initial screenings and assessments for potential patients. The successful candidate will also complete treatment plans for patients entering outpatient programs. Applicants should possess a Master's degree in social work or a related field, with a preference for candidates with three years of experience in psychiatric health care.
