Part-Time Drama Teacher

Part-Time Musical Theatre TeacherDrama Kids is hiring part-time musical theatre teachers to lead our showcase program for kids ages 5–12 in schools and community locations throughout Apollo Beach, Valrico, Brandon, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, and New Tampa.The Role

• Lead engaging musical theatre classes (2–3 hours/week, Monday–Thursday, 2:00–5:00 PM)
• Your assigned classes will remain consistent throughout the school year
• Teach Drama Kids curriculum and musical theatre songs and dances tailored to age groups
• Guide kids through choreography, theater games, and creative drama activities
• Help students prepare for an end-of-year showcase
• Use theatre to build life skills in children.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable teaching kids musical theatre, songs, and dances
• Enthusiastic, energetic, dependable, and positive
• Able to manage a group of children with confidence
• Genuinely enjoy working with kids
• Able to commit to the full school year (September–May)
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to assigned classes
• Willing to learn and grow with our team

While we prefer musical theatre, dance, singing, or teaching experience, it is not required. We provide comprehensive training and a proven curriculum, as well as a teacher mentor.What You Get
