About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Finance and Shared Services. This strategic enterprise leader will be responsible for defining and executing the company's shared services strategy, with a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and automation. The role involves overseeing a wide range of financial functions, including financial statement preparation, supplier management, centralized accounts payable, daily income journal, global accounting support, cash management, and accounts receivable. The SVP will also be a key player in the company's digital and AI transformation, championing the use of automation and AI to drive process optimization and efficiency. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in shared services, finance operations, or global business services, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale process transformation, automation, and shared services optimization, as well as strong knowledge of financial and procurement systems. Leadership competencies include a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative approach, with a focus on change management and a strong executive presence. The role requires a leader who can build and lead a high-performing organization, foster a culture of innovation, and partner effectively across various functions.
