The Role
As an Aquatics Supervisor , you’ll be a leader both in and out of the water. You’ll help create an exceptional experience for our students and families while supporting, coaching, and developing our team of swim instructors.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about swimming, loves working with children, and enjoys helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Teach children ages 6 months and up using the Splash curriculum
• Lead daily swim lesson operations and maintain high standards for safety and quality
• Coach, train, and support new and existing instructors
• Observe lessons and provide feedback to help instructors grow
• Communicate with parents about student progress and goals
• Help ensure our teaching program, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
• Set the standard for excellent customer service
• Create a positive, energetic, and supportive team environment
• Lead by example and stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong swimming or aquatics background
• Experience working with children
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Passion for helping children and instructors learn and grow
• Current Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications required
