Sales - Custom Clothier | Associate, Executive & Manager
Location: LABEL, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles
Reports to: Sales Leadership

LABEL is looking for hunters — people who create opportunities rather than wait for them.

We work with executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals to build wardrobes around how they actually live and work, combining personal service, exceptional fit, and long-term relationships. This is a consultative sales career, not a traditional retail job. You’ll build your own book of business, develop lasting client relationships, and have uncapped earning potential with a clear path to grow as a producer or sales leader.

We hire at multiple levels based on experience, sales track record, and leadership background.

Where You Can Enter

Sales Associate — Early Career
For recent graduates and early-career professionals with the drive to learn consultative selling, develop prospecting skills, and build a client book from the ground up.

Sales Executive — Experienced Producer
For proven sales professionals with experience generating pipeline, closing business, and developing valuable long-term client relationships.

Sales Manager — Player/Coach
For strong producers and sales leaders who can continue building their own business while coaching a team on activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.

What You’ll Do

• Build your pipeline. Create new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, partnerships, and your own relationships.
• Run consultative appointments. Meet clients in our SoHo showroom, at their office, or wherever is convenient, and guide them through wardrobe, fit, fabric, and product recommendations.
• Close business. Understand what the client needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Grow long-term relationships. Turn first purchases into repeat business, referrals, and larger client relationships.
• Own your activity. Maintain strong CRM discipline and manage your prospecting, follow-up, appointments, pipeline, and sales results.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience. Submit accurate orders and work closely with our production and tailoring teams from initial order through final fit.

For management-level hires, you’ll also coach sellers, reinforce activity standards, improve pipeline quality and conversion, and help grow the LABEL sales organization.

Experience

Sales Associate

• Recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Sales, client-facing work, internships, athletics, leadership, fundraising, entrepreneurship, or other goal-oriented experience is valued.
• Demonstrated history of pursuing and achieving goals.

Sales Executive

• 3+ years of successful sales or business-development experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate pipeline, manage opportunities, and close business.
• Experience with outbound sales, relationship selling, or mid-to-high-ticket transactions is strongly valued.

Sales Manager

• Proven individual sales performance plus demonstrated leadership ability.
• Experience coaching sales activity, pipeline management, conversion, and revenue performance.
• Comfortable operating as a true player/coach who both sells and leads.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation

Sales Associate

• Paid training at $3,500/month while you learn the business and work toward certification.
• Ramp support as you begin building your book, stepping down as your earnings grow.
• Year one typically $45–60K. Year two typically $60–85K. Strong producers can build six-figure careers.

Sales Executive

• Uncapped performance-based compensation designed to reward experienced producers.
• Earning potential is tied directly to the business you build, with strong producers earning $100K+.

Sales Manager

• Competitive base plus uncapped performance-based earnings.
• Additional upside tied to team performance and leadership responsibilities.

Producer Track
Sales Associate → Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive

Leadership Track
Sales Associate / Sales Executive → Sales Manager → Sales Director → Senior Sales Director
