Description About Peterson Properties, Inc. : Family-owned property management company with communities in KS, MO, NE, and IA Equal Opportunity Employer Committed to excellent customer service and strong team culture We Value Honesty, hard work, and a willingness to grow Team players who share knowledge and support co-workers Employee Benefits Monthly resident retention bonus for all active site staff Quarterly bonus based on performance of the property for managers Discounts on application fees and rent at Peterson-owned properties Position Details Preserve and maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community and facilities Full-time position in the Liberty, MO Primary Duties Show available units to prospective tenants and guide them through the application, leasing, and move-in process Assist manager in overseeing site staff, leasing, marketing, and property maintenance Manage rent collections and tenant ledgers; issue notices for past-due accounts per company policy Assist in maintaining accurate financial records Provide excellent customer service by resolving resident concerns quickly Support current residents with ongoing needs and move-outs, including unit inspections Work with the maintenance team to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendors/contractors to ensure the property is safe and well maintained Qualifications Previous leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience required Compensation is based on experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, filing, and document management Knowledge of property management principles and practices Experience with Yardi, Rent Cafe, or other CRM software is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
