Registered Nurse (RN)

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South . In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes for the residents we serve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the unit
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
• Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lead and support a care team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Comfortable using electronic medical record systems

Pay & Benefits

$38.00 – $42.00 per hour
Plus shift differentials:

• $3.00/hour PM shift differential
• $4.00/hour NOC shift differential

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
