Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient
American Traveler
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation setting, requiring an active IL PT license and 2+ years of recent experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Illinois PT license required (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in outpatient/rehabilitation setting
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Responsibilities
- Outpatient rehabilitation setting located on the main hospital campus
- Night shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
- Floating within scope to similar units may be required
- Cerner experience strongly preferred
- No local candidates accepted; must have a verifiable address at least 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions
- RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
- Candidates should expect a call or text from the clinical interview team as part of the hiring process
