No Experience Necessary

We're a growing concrete polishing and specialty flooring company looking for hard working people to join our crew. We value loyalty, dedication, and a strong work ethic above all else. If you're reliable and ready to commit, we want to talk to you.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

This is a travel based position. Here's how it runs:

Crews report to the shop Monday at 6:30/7:00 AM
The foreman leads the crew in loading the trailer for that week's job
Crew travels together in a company provided truck to the job site
Lodging is provided Monday through Friday (Airbnb style, each crew member gets their own space)
Expect 40+ hours per week
