Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to neuro and orthopedic patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage PCA pumps and IV fluids per protocol.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support patient care activities including ADLs, vitals, FSBS, and Foley management.
• Float to other MedSurg units and tele if necessary, adhering to unit policies.
