Executive Assistant to Chief Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic administrative and operational support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with the COO to manage complex scheduling, travel, expense reporting, executive communications, presentations, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.

The successful candidate will bring strong C-Suite support experience, exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work with confidential information. This individual should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, and experienced with Concur or similar expense management systems. Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve productivity and streamline administrative work is strongly preferred.

This role operates in a professional office environment within a manufacturing organization. The position may require coordination with plant locations, operational teams, and leaders across multiple sites and time zones. Occasional travel or support for off-site meetings, plant visits, or executive events may be required.
