Responsibilities * Assist customers with selecting and customizing edible fruit arrangements. * Prepare and assemble fresh fruit products according to company standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and display areas. * Ensure quality control by checking the freshness and appearance of all produce. * Handle daily sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Support inventory management and restocking efforts. * Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide excellent customer service. Requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player. * Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
