Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) - Prosthetics Focus

Location: Delray Beach, FL 33484 (On-Site / Fully In-Person)

Status: Full-Time Only (1 Immediate Opening due to Regional Growth)

Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 per year

Clinical Focus: High Prosthetic Ratio (~60% Prosthetics / 40% Orthotics)

Experience Level: Experienced CPO Preferred (5+ years post-certification ideal; 3+ years considered)

Start Date: Flexible Onboarding Timeline (0-6 Months / ASAP)

• Prosthetic Specialty: Manage a premium, diverse patient profile consisting of a 60% prosthetics caseload , treating all levels and types of limb loss alongside traditional orthotic interventions.

• State-of-the-Art Infrastructure: Collaborate seamlessly on-site with a powerhouse clinical and technical team of 12 CPOs and 4 dedicated laboratory technicians to coordinate rapid, high-quality fabrication strategies.

• Balanced Patient Volume: Maintain an optimal, quality-focused pacing managing an average of 6 to 8 patients per day .

• Modern Workflows: Utilize OPIE software for streamlined, compliant EMR charting, digital scheduling, and lab tracking.

• Continuum of Care: Deliver comprehensive services primarily in-office, with occasional, light external rounding at local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or outreach clinics as needed.

• Work Week: Standard full-time day shift structure.

• Ultra-Light On-Call Roster: Enjoy highly predictable boundaries with zero night shifts and only a single weekend rotation every 8 to 10 weeks .

• Compensated Time: When you cover a weekend on-call rotation, you are automatically given a fully paid Monday off to secure your work-life balance.

• Certification: Active ABC Certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO). A strong specialty background in advanced prosthetic fitting and mechanics is required.

• Licensure: Active Florida Licensed Prosthetist Orthotist (LPO) License , or immediate eligibility to obtain prior to starting.

• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5 years of post-certification clinical experience is highly preferred; however, exceptional candidates with 3+ years of strong autonomous practice will be considered.

• Technical Aptitude: Comprehensive familiarity with all major O&P component manufacturers, microprocessor technologies, and advanced suspension systems.

• Logistics: Must be ready to relocate to the Delray Beach, FL area prior to your start date.

• Financial Protection: $100,000 - $145,000 guaranteed annual base salary
