Machine Operator / Cherry Picker Operator

Location: Monroe Township, NJ

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM | $18.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $19.00/hour

We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operators / Cherry Picker Operators to join our warehouse team in Monroe Township, NJ. This role is responsible for operating powered industrial equipment (P.I.E.), fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are handled and shipped efficiently.

• Receive pick tickets from supervisors.
• Read orders to identify catalog number, size, color, and quantity of merchandise.
• Obtain merchandise from warehouse shelves.
• Pack and weigh customer orders.
• Place incoming items into inventory locations (Put-Away).
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Pick customer orders for shipment.
• Transport orders to designated shipping locations.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment.
• Organize and stage products on pallets.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, or other Powered Industrial Equipment .
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
