What you can expect The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing the financial health and liquidity of the company, supporting the unique operational and capital needs of a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business. Responsibilities include daily cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, and financial risk analysis. Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple accounts and entities. Assist in the development of short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasts. Analyze and report on liquidity metrics and funding requirements. Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations. Accurately record bank transfers and interest calculations. Reconcile debt and interest payments and assist in audit roll‑forward of debt. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align treasury strategies. Participate in treasury system implementations and process improvements. Perform other analyst related monthly accounting duties as assigned. Effectively and clearly communicate in English. Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Required Skills / Abilities Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting. Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles. Excellent research and analytical skills. Highly proficient with accounting software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Knowledge of Corridor and Great Plains Dynamics preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking. Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills. Familiarity with treasury management systems. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000.
