Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today!### Accountable for the material flow between assigned DC to Branch and Branch to DC as well as return management to vendors.### Essential Tasks* Manage incoming calls and email inquiries, identifying and assessing RDC or Branch needs in order to achieve satisfaction.* View and approve daily stock order reports from RDC to Branches.* Resolve reported shortages, overages, mis-ships and damages by determining the problem and expediting corrections or adjustments to ensure resolution.* Maintain vendor records by updating account information and vendor requirements.* Collaborate with vendors and Merchandising team on potential returns by collecting and analyzing data such as vendor requirements, eligibility and availability.* Responsible for processing product return authorization paperwork in order to have the product returned to our suppliers in a timely manner.* Monitor both Inter-Branch Transfers and Vendor Returns to ensure timely receipt of goods.* Assist Management and/or Branch Operations with any special requests such as inventory quantity adjustments, product defects, etc.* Participate in annual inventory count as needed.* Other tasks as assigned by manager.### ### ### Skills* ***Monitoring:*** Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself and other individuals and organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.* ***Critical Thinking:*** Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.* ***Service orientation:*** Actively looking for ways to help people.* ***Computer skills:***The ability to learn new programs and utilize them to improve performance.* ***Technical Knowledge:***Apply industry experience to ensure compliance with industry and FleetPride standards.* ***Active Learning:*** Understanding the implication of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.* *Active Listening:*Giving full attention to what other people are communicating; taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.* *Communicating:* Conveying information to others in an effective manner.* ***Judgment & Decision making:*** Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.* *Time management:* Managing one’s time productively and efficiently. The primary environment is characterized by ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment found in a typical office environment.EquipmentAny PPE that the FleetPride Safety Department deems necessary for the safe performance of the job.### QualificationsEducation* High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).Professional Experience* Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years experience in an administrative position.* Experience in related capacity including purchasing and replenishment preferred.* Previous AS400 inventory database experience preferred.Computer Skills* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, AS400, Windows components.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
