Retail Sales Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor.

The Role

As Retail Sales Supervisor, you'll oversee daily floor operations while driving team performance and customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily production and sales floor operations
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring your team
• Applying mechanical and product knowledge to support customers and team members
• Handling cash, validating receipts, and ensuring accurate register procedures
• Preparing and analyzing production and sales reports
• Communicating and implementing company policies and procedures
• Upholding safety and environmental standards at all times
• Collaborating with leadership to continuously improve operational results
• Resolving customer and employee concerns professionally

What You Bring

• Supervisory experience in a retail or production environment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Cash handling experience across multiple payment methods
• A floor-level leadership style
• Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, team members, and leadership
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Comfort working in an indoor/outdoor environment
• Valid drivers license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus




