Goodridge Construction Group is a full-service construction company based in Berwick, PA. We self-perform across excavation, concrete, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, paint, and drywall, and we handle both commercial and residential work throughout Northeast and Central PA.

The Role

This is a combined Estimator and Project Manager position. You’ll price the work, win the work, and then run it. You’ll be the link between sales, the field, and the customer. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes both the numbers side and the build side.

What You’ll Do

•     Prepare accurate estimates and bids for commercial and residential projects

•     Perform takeoffs, solicit and review subcontractor/vendor pricing, and build proposals

•     Manage projects from contract through closeout — schedule, budget, change orders, and draws

•     Coordinate field crews and trade directors to keep work on schedule and on budget

•     Track costs against budget and flag variances early

•     Communicate with owners, GCs, and subs throughout the project

•     Use our project management and estimating systems (Autodesk Build, ProEst) to keep everything documented

What You Need

•     3+ years in construction estimating, project management, or both

•     Working knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction methods and costs

•     Ability to read plans and specs and perform accurate takeoffs

•     Strong organization and follow-through — you can juggle multiple projects at once

•     Comfortable with construction software and standard office tools

•     Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

•     Experience with Autodesk Build and ProEst

•     Background across multiple trades (concrete, mechanical, finishes)

•     Local knowledge of the Berwick/Bloomsburg and broader NEPA/Central PA market
