We have a unique opportunity to be a pioneer in the sales of our newest technology! We are searching for a Software Sales Leader that has a technical/medical background that understands SaaS and would like to embark on leading sales for this technology. The ideal candidate will be able to understand the technology side and be able to present to C suite executives as well as others within the industry.

The Software Sales Lader is responsible for selling digital health solutions to healthcare organizations, combining enterprise technology selling with consultative healthcare relationships. This Sales Leader will work with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and payers to identify, demonstrate, and close deals on software products that will improve patient care, streamline operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires collaboration with IT teams and healthcare professionals including C-Suite level executives. The Software sales leader will ensure smooth implementation of software integration. This role requires a deep blend of technical expertise in medical software and strong sales and customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical software sales, technical buying experience and clinical experience such as selling large scale, cross country adaptation to software or products.

Essential Job Functions

Sales responsibilities :

• Responsible for the successful sales of all technology products including integration into the systems based on quotas/KPI’s,/EBITA
• Turn the Technology division into a revenue center vs. a cost center
• Ability to work with C-Suite executives such as CFO, CEO’s or COO of large hospitals or organizations to gain nationwide sales agreements
• Explain how the technology works and will integrate and add value to organizations
• Communicate with top level executives by preparing and showing value propositions
• Create a revenue center for Mopec
• Execute ROI
• Integrate with Clinicians, economic buyers, lab services, and environmental services to introduce, sell, and integrate our technology into new and existing equipment
• Initiates and/ or drives actions to advance market adoption of product lines.

Planning and Administration Activities

• Develop and implement sales strategy for technology
• Provides monthly forecasts for technology and identifies needs for actions
• Maintains technical information and competition files
• Creates budgets and tracks adherence to sales numbers
• Reviews business metrics, business opportunities and quality improvements.

Communications Management 

• Manages communication with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that product marketing information is correct, defined, collected, shared, understood, stored, and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets project and stakeholder needs.
• Follows processes to ensure clear and effective two-way communication.
• Utilizes communication mechanisms appropriate to audience, urgency, and message.
• Manages stakeholder expectations.
• Works with customers in creating positive external communications, including publications, references, proof sources, testimonials.
• Implement information storage and retrieval infrastructure.
• Document, communicate, and store lessons learned in appropriate repository.

Business Acumen 

• Applies knowledge, insights and understanding of product management financials to the benefit of project decisions, actions, and performance.
• Supports product management performance goals and objectives with the organization’s performance goals and objectives.
• Meets or exceeds profit objectives such as ROI.
• Apply appropriate business analysis techniques such as return on investment, business cases, trade studies, and cost as an independent variable.
• Makes business recommendations in a timely and effective manner.
• Follow appropriate cost accounting practices.
• Analyzes environment such as political situations, industries and competitors to achieve project and company objectives.

Other Activities

• Contributes to the constant improvement of departmental work processes, research procedures, administrative procedures, etc.
• Keeps up to date on industry-related and competitive information by attending meetings, conferences and conventions and reading industry journals as well as talking to contacts in the industry.
• Coordinates with Sales, Technology, Engineering, Sales Administration, Manufacturing, Order Operations and Technical Support/Service Department personnel for problem solving.

Essential Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience & Minimum Qualifications

Five (5) years commercial/marketing/sales experience in the clinical or research industry.

Five (5) years of work experience in working with C-Suite level executives

Working knowledge and experience in using or implementing medical software

Recognized as expert in field and requires highly specialized skill set.

Requires a valid Driver's License and ability to travel extensively.
