Job Title: Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer Robotics

Expertise: Automotive BIW Manufacturing, Robotic Simulation, 3DX, DELMIA V5

Job Summary:

• Support automotive BIW manufacturing and robotic engineering projects .
• Conduct plant investigations, feasibility studies, and developmental engineering.
• Perform robotic simulation, reach studies, weld distribution, and cycle-time analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plant investigations and feasibility studies .
• Perform interference/clearance analysis.
• Distribute weld spots across robots while meeting cycle-time requirements.
• Create problem-tracking charts and develop multiple engineering solutions.
• Write equipment, robot, and process specifications .
• Perform robot reach studies and simulations for:
  • Welding
  • Sealing
  • Handling
• Support new model introduction on existing production lines.
• Support production ramp-up, line innovation, and line renovation.
• Provide knowledge/support for Weld, Paint, and Final Assembly processes.
• Coordinate with customers, onsite teams, and offshore engineering teams.
• Manage project activities and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Automotive BIW Manufacturing
• 3DX Robotic Simulation MUST
• DELMIA V5 Preferred
• Robotic simulation/reach studies
• Weld/Sealing/Handling processes
• Interference & clearance analysis
• Cycle-time analysis
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Project management
• Customer and onsite-offshore coordination

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
