Job Description

Janitorial Site Assistant Manager - (Management Experience Required)

for Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Location:

Ohio Fire Marshal

8895 East Main Street

Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068

$250 Signing Bonus!

Pay: $21.00 per hour | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday – 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (Some weekend work is required)

Benefits:

Health insurance available for employees working a 30-hour minimum
Dental and Vision insurance available
11 Paid holidays (after completion of introductory period)
One (1) week paid vacation annually after 1 year of service.

Job Duties:

Assist with day-to-day operations (Manage employees, quality checks, training)
Address customer questions, concerns, and requests
Ensure compliance with safety rules
Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities:

Computer skills
Time management
Independent decision-making
Operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided)

Physical Requirements:

Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
Pass a criminal background check
Lift up to 35 – 50 pounds
Lots of walking
