Below Magid Construction is a Santa Barbara-based general contractor specializing in residential remodels and new builds, as well as commercial tenant improvement projects. We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work adheres to specifications, timelines, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep workflows seamless and projects on schedule
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents to guide project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and proactively resolve issues
• Manage and adjust project schedules to meet milestones while upholding superior craftsmanship
• Train and mentor junior staff in construction best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of Construction Industry Experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resolve on-site xhyhwjd challenges
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results on schedule
